I had a easy time with the photos, honestly. The gallery, it loaded fast enough, and going through the pictures I didn’t really get confused or anything. On my phone the quality looked good too, which was nice. Not much trouble there, just did what I needed it to do.

From what I remember, the staff were really lovely and welcoming. It made the whole visit feel relaxed and pleasant

I had to cancel my booking and, i was already in that annoyed mood thinking it was going to turn into a whole thing. But it was actually really straightforward. They got back to me quickly, and the refund was handled without loads of messages back and forth. I felt relieved by the end of it. Simple, fair, and no complaints from me.

There were a few time slots to choose from, so getting booked in was straightforward. I did get in quicker than I expected, but i was still a bit frustrated having to wait around before everything was confirmed.

The photos came out really good. Great lighting. Edits looked natural too. Not overly smooth or fake. A couple poses felt kind of the same, but I still had plenty of favorites.

Only thing was the wait. Took a bit longer than I thought to get everything back. Not a huge deal though. The final pictures were worth it...

The retouching was good overall. My skin looked cleaner and smoother without looking too fake, which I appreciated. There were just a couple of small spots that felt a bit overdone, so I had to go back and ask for a minor tweak.
They did fix it in the end, and I’m happy enough with the final photos, but it took a little more effort than I expected to get everything exactly right. Not a huge deal, just worth checking the small details before you sign off on the edits

I’d much rather see the real wait time upfront. If it’s going to be 30 minutes, just say 30 minutes, don’t make it feel like I’m waiting through three lifetimes after being told it’ll be quick. It’s so much better when the estimate matches what actually happens.

I ordered from aperture-portraits.co.uk and overall the delivery was smooth. I got a tracking email, which was easy to follow, and the package turned up in good condition with no damage or fuss. Compared with a few similar sites I’ve used before, the updates were actually clearer and less annoying to keep track of.
The only downside was that it arrived a day later than I was expecting, so it wasn’t absolutely perfect. That said, it wasn’t a big issue for me, and the whole experience still felt reliable. I’d be happy to order from them again.

I was really hoping these would turn out better!! The print came out kind of blurry and the colors looked dull, so I was a bit disappointed.
